General Terms and Conditions Relative to All Renting Formulas
Prices include: VAT, bed linen and towels (with weekly change), water, electricity, gas and the use of the swimming pool.

Supplementary bed for children up to 12 years old: € 35.00 per week per person; € 8.00 per night per person.

Heating is on from 1 November to 30 April and costs € 15.00 for the two-room apartments and € 15.00 for the three-rooms apartments.

Breakfast pack (€ 7.00 per person), extra cleaning service (€ 12.00 per hour) and baby-sitting service are available upon request.

Pets allowed (€ 5.00 per night), ask for stays during July and August.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, you will be charged the following penalties, in compliance with article 1372, paragraph 3 of the Italian Civil Code:
-30% of the rent in case the reservation is cancelled within the 60th day prior to arrival(working days);
-50% of the rent in case the reservation is cancelled between the 59th and 30th day prior to arrival;
-60% of the rent in case the reservation is cancelled between the 30th and the 8th day prior to arrival;
-100% of the rent in case the reservation is cancelled in the seven days prior to arrival.

NOTICE - TOURIST TAX

The City of Castelfiorentino and other municipal administrations of Valdelsa area, introduce the tourist tax, targeted to improve tourist services and hospitality of the territory. The application is the responsibility of the City of Castelfiorentino. This fee, which must be entirely paid back to the city, must be paid by the client in cash upon departure. The amount of tax is € 1.00 per person, per night, for up to 6 nights and over. Are exempt children under 14 years.
